The concept is great but its very difficult to line up the heat alements over the 5 choises a hit and miss all 4 points on the card box are not exact either. Your video of instructions makes it look esy to line the marks up but in reality its quite difficult. Verry disapointed.
It is a very nice idea and concept! One choice out of 5 is also quite convincing! The idea shared in the tutorial of a user deserves 10 stars! Why I only rate the product with 3 stars is the fact that the beautifully printed box glows like a Christmas tree when activated!! How can you not notice and not improve something like that?!? I was very annoyed about that. :/
If the heating was straight and not inclined it would have been better, but it is an excellent product
I like the concept but it’s very difficult to place the deck down exactly on the angle of the business card. Why didn’t you make it directly even with the deck? I know what you are trying to do but you have to look at how hard it is now rather than just drop it on a business card then square it all together. Hope you make a change. I would love to return this but I do t think k you guys would allow me. I have lot of your products and feel this one has great potential but I probably won’t use this for the reasons I listed above.

It's really great and fun to use . Simple instructions and straightforward. I will say that it took me some time to find the paper online , but eventually found some. It was 130gsm and works really well in my opinion. Highly recommend 👌. Great customer service as well 👍

You can see the shadow of the burn numbers. Also, it is hard to line up. Not a bad idea, but needs a different designed. Not happy.

the original box didn't work only two bars heated up. I was sent a replacement but that had the same problem. I sent two videos of the unit not working yesterday.at this point I think I should get a refund and I would be glad to send them back. the other option would be a credit toward future purchases. please let me know your opinion. thanks John
