It’s stop working after 2 weeks even after changing battery . It’s not even connecting with phone . It will configure and disconnect immediately.

I think this is the best version of the Open Prediction EDC prop. Also, this version is very versatile. I like it!
This might be a cool item once it gets some functionality. At the moment I can only send the accompanying test samples to the device. The app is apparently getting updated this month. In my opinion this was released too early.

There was no protective film in the product, and there were scratches on the screen, so I thought that I sent a refurbished product instead of a new product. I thought about whether I should apply for an exchange, but I decided to just use it because I thought the exchange process would be difficult. The product works fine.
The application is not easy and I was thi,nking I can use it with other product "pitata" ( remote control, ...)

Wow, just a horrible tutorial. Doesn't tell you how to get the app, when you search and find out about the app it's still in development. Using the app according to my opening of Mystersmith requires a developer invitation code; how do I get that? Went on the Facebook private group, no one was able to help so I'm still stuck and unable to use the prop. I guess it sit in its box unused.
I always get it with my keys. And the integration with MysterSmith is fine..
Will not use pitata again. My contract was with them and after not receiving the product they decided to not refund or replace. I lost a lot of money through them. In the end they chose to ignore my messages even though I provided proof of non delivery. Nothing I could do. Buyers beware. I expect this review will be taken down but I hope some of you see it and question before you buy.

Absolutely love it, always gets a great reaction.
I don't have a doubt that the piece of technology is great, but I don't like to depend on third part sellers. I say this because to make it work you need to use MysterSmith, that is a suscription software. That means that you have to pay to make it work, it's not a closed system but the hardware itself doesn't allows you to make your own app either. The Keychain is very expensive and you depend of the work and taxes of other person (not Pitata). At the beggining it has issues with the battery and you have to open the device to fix them. Then, you have to pay for text recognition, you have to pay for image recognition, you have to pay to use the API.... You have to pay for everything in MysterSmith, that is not a very useful-easy-intuitive app and barely has instructions. If you know Iarvel app you will know that everything is in a free closed and easy enviroment. I was thinking in expanding my electronic magic items with the Wooden Pad when available, but I have spent a lot of money in something that relies on third-party software subscriptions. I would have liked the software to be from PITATA. Or, alternatively, to be able to link the Prediction Keychain to build my own app. But none of this is possible. I'm not sure that I will buy again in Pitata.
Impossible to follow directions. complicated system to access the app and activate the device; i could not access the app and was never able to activate the device. merchant non responsive to my request for a return for a refund. going in my junk drawer at an expensive loss. perhaps it is all my fault for not asking questions before purchasing.
Sorry but I have been so busy at home I have not had a chance to explore the prediction keychain. Please where and how do I get rhe app that operates it? My intention is to use it as a prediction effect for stand up magic. Have the small screen on a long chain and in a small bag. The spectator puts the chain around their neck and selects a card. They remove the bag and read the prediction. Ideally this is part of a three part routine.
I got the item after 3 weeks of wait, and when I tried to operate it, I discovered I needed a code. The code that was supplied by mail failed and the Pitata team is still unhelpful after sending them numerous emails over the past 2 weeks. I am very disappointed.
Hello customer service I am very disappointed with the gimmick There is a problem with the battery I put an extra as Banke Smith recommends in the video There are a lot of disconnections Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't My three friends who I convinced to buy also have the same problem Apparently it is a bug in the manufacture The additional problem is because of the extra I added that will put pressure on the battery When I removed the plastic massagers Not a convex stomach and now you see it and the gimmick because of that looks bad You need to take responsibility and replace the gimmick for me with the key Keep me updated Thank you
